  1. Definitions
  • Services: Refers to photography, videography, and digital content production provided by Moments Photography by 3sixtyeye.
  • Client: Refers to the individual or entity booking the services.
  • Contract: Any agreement between the Client and Moments Photography by 3sixtyeye for services.
  1. Services & Obligations
  • Moments Photography by 3sixtyeye will provide services as described in the agreed quotation or contract.
  • The Client agrees to provide accurate information, cooperate during the event, and ensure timely access to locations and participants.
  • Any additional services outside the original agreement require written approval and may incur extra fees.
  1. Payment & Fees
  • Payment terms, deposits, and balance due dates are specified in the service agreement.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges at the discretion of Moments Photography by 3sixtyeye.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will follow the terms outlined in the service agreement.
  • Moments Photography by 3sixtyeye reserves the right to retain deposits for cancelled events as compensation for administrative and scheduling costs.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All copyrights of photographs, videos, and digital content remain with Moments Photography by 3sixtyeye unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The Client may use delivered materials for personal purposes only, unless a commercial usage license is agreed upon.
  • Unauthorized resale, distribution, or reproduction of materials is prohibited.
  1. Liability Limitation
  • Moments Photography by 3sixtyeye is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Liability is limited to the total fees paid for services under the contract.
  • The Client acknowledges that moments beyond our control (weather, technical failures, venue restrictions) may affect the results.
  1. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or acts of government.

  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Cyprus law and applicable EU regulations.
  • Disputes will first be attempted to resolve amicably.
  • If resolution fails, competent courts of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction.
  1. Privacy & Data Protection
  • All personal data collected during the provision of services will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and Photo/Video Consent Form, in compliance with GDPR and Cyprus data protection laws.
  1. Changes to Terms
  • Moments Photography by 3sixtyeye reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Material changes will be communicated to clients and posted on our website.
